  3. Iski puri bana kar deep fry ker lo.. Ab thodi thanda hone par hath se chote pcs mein tord lo & mixie mein grind kar lo... Baarik grind krni hai.....
  4. Ab gujiya stuffing ke liye. Pan mein 2-3 tbsp milai ya ghee le lo & besan ka chura, kasa gola, kaju, kishmish, badam, pista, Kharbuja giri & elaichi powder daal kar bhun lo thodi der & powder sugar (as your taste) mila lo.. Stuffing tyar hai...
  5. Ab thanda hone par Maida ki loi lo & mould mein puri bana kar gujiya shape do and stuffing bhar kar ache se band karo..
  6. Aap chahe to smosa shape ya momos shape kuch bhi de saktein hai without mould.. Sari bana lo and slow and medium flame par tal lo.....
  7. Besan ka chura hi iska main hai Jisse without khoya bhi khoya jaise swad aata hai try it friends.. It'se yummy and tasty....
