- Wash and marinate the fish with salt and turmeric powder.
- Heat oil and deep fry the fish from both sides and keep aside.
- Heat oil and temper cumin seed bay leaf and whole garam masalas.
- Now grind all the masalas and squeeze the extract out.
- Now pour this into the pan and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder.
- Add the fish and cover it till it become soft.
- Serve it with rice.
