  1. In a bowl add 4 tablespoons of hot water and agar agar. Mix it well, keep aside for 5 minutes..

  5. Keep refrigerator for 1 hours to set..
  6. Now remaining part of the lassi to add strawberry puree and mix well. Then again keep the refrigerator for set 2 hours..
