- Take a bowl add maida put ghee in it make a dough by lil water.. Keep aside for 1/2 an hour.
- Take a vessel add mava in it roast it.... Now add 1 tbs sugar in it roast both....
- Crushed coarsely dryfruits...
- Now add dryfruits in mava and again roast it for 5 minutes...
- Add sugar elaichi powder and other things.... Make a stuffing.....
- Now keep for cooling...
- Take dough press it by palm properly.. Now make balls roll it...
- Put in the middle 1 tbs stuffing cover the puri like shape of gujiya.... By using lil water press the sides of each gujia...
- Make all gujiya like this.
- Hot the ghee in kadahi.... Now at medium flame fry the all gujiya till golden brown....
- Take out on tissue paper...
- For chashni add water and sugar in a pan boil it till 1thread chashni...
- Add all fried gujiya in chashni one by one... Take it out after 5 minutes...
