Shahi Ande Ka Halwa instructions
- Finely chop cashewnuts, Almond & pistachio and keep aside.
- Take ½ cup of milk and add saffron string. Keep it aside.
- In a non-stick pan or kadai break eggs and add milk, sugar, milk solid, pure ghee, finely chopped (cashew nuts, almonds & pistachio), raisins and cardamom powder.
- Whisk all the ingredients, ensure that eggs, sugar and milk solid is complete get mixed.
- On medium flame, place the non-stick pan. Stir it contineously and cook till it turns to a crumble form or like a kalakand. Keep cooking till is become thick. Now add saffron and mix it.
- The dish is ready, garnish with silver leaves or vark and finely chopped dry fruit. Serve it hot or cold.
