Rui Fish Curry instructions

  1. First marinate the fish with turmeric powder and salt.
  2. Fry them and keep aside.
  3. Heat mustard oil in a pan add kaali jeera and methi.
  4. When it starts crackled add chopped onions fry them till golden brown.
  5. Add onion paste ginger paste garlic paste stir them well.
  6. Then add turmeric powder, red chilli powder green chilli, mix well.
  7. Add mustard paste, salt stir them well...
