  1. In mixing bowl add maida,ghee mix well,add little little milk and knead into semi soft dough. Keep covered with cloth..
  2. In mixing bowl add finely chopped khajur, anjeer, cashewnuts and pistachios pieces and cardamoms powder. Mix and divide into 10 equal parts..
  3. Knead dough again and divide into 20 equal balls. Roll each ball into 21/2 " round puris. Take one rolled puri,on it spread one portion of khajur anjeer dryfuirts mixture as shown..leaving the sides of edges. Cover with another rolled puri,seal the edges together as shown. Make design on edge with pinch & fold method of gujiya as shown..
