Gulgula Chaat instructions
- Soak green moong daal for 1 hour and wash it some green layer discar and some is in daal as well.
- Choprised daal salt crushed red chilli Coriander crushed cumin crushed in a chopper.
- Take out daal from chopper and mix remaning ingredients.
- Make small balls and fry in hot oil then put theese balls in serving dish sprinkle chutney on it.
- Mix caster sugar in yogurt and pour over gulgulas.
- Pour tamarind chutney and other all ingredients.
