Aloo Arbi Chaat step by step
- In a big bowl take all the ingredients- boiled & mashed Arbi, boiled & mashed potatoes, Rajgira flour, Sendha Namak, Red chilli powder to taste, Grated ginger And finely chopped green chilli.
- Mix them well and shape up into round cakes like tikki/ cutlets.
- Keep a nonstick pan on flame Add 2 tbsp oil/ ghee for shallow frying.
- When ghee is hot place tikkis and fry both the sides till crispy brown coating is seen Remove when done.
- Place them in the serving plate and garnish with both the chutneys generously..
