- Prepare 1/4 cup of rice.
- It's 2 of eggs.
- You need 2 of greenchillies.
- You need 1 of smallbunch spinach.
- You need 1" of ginger piece.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of cummin seeds.
- It's to taste of Salt.
- Prepare of Oil as required.

- Soak whole moong and rice in the night..
- Morning drain the water..
- In a mixie jar take moong and dal, spinach, ginger piece, greenchillies, salt and cummin grind into fine paste.
- Remove in bowl..
- Heat tawa and spread like dosa..
- Break eggs add salt and spread it on pesarattu..
- If want sprinkle red chilli Powder on top..
- Cover and Cook from both sides..
