Ingredients of Sugarfree Dates & Dryfruit Rolls
- Prepare 2 cups of chopped soft seedless khajoor.
- Prepare 1/4 cup of finely chopped dried anjeer.
- You need 3/4 cup of finely chopped & roasted mixed nuts (cashews, almonds).
- You need 2 tbsp of raisins.
- You need 1 tbsp+1 tsp of For cooking and ghee for greasing hands.
Sugarfree Dates & Dryfruit Rolls instructions
- 1. Heat ghee on medium flame in a non stick pan, add the finely chopped anjeer and cook for 3-4 minutes, once the anjeer are soft, add khajoor and cook for 5-6 minutes till the khajoor are soft, by continously stirring and pressing the mixture with the back of the spoon..
- 2. Add the roasted finely chopped dry fruits & raisins to the mixture and mix well. Cook for 3-4 minutes till it becomes a lump mixture..
- 3. Add the cardamom powder and mix well..
- Remove from flame and keep aside to cool. Do not cool the mixture completely, keep the mixture warm..
- Grease hands with ghee and start making ladoo sized balls from the prepared warm mixture and roll in toasted sesame seeds..
- Keep aside to cool and serve them..
- This ladoos stay fresh outside the fridge for 1 week and you can store this ladoos in the fridge for 15 days.
