Ingredients of Layered Gujiya
- It's 500 gram of All purpose flour.

Layered Gujiya step by step
- At first take 250 gram all purpose flour, 2 tablespoon oil and salt as per taste in a plate..
- Mix everything very well..
- Add little water by few steps..
- Make a dough and cover with a wet cloth for 10 minutes..
- Now take 250 gram all purpose flour, 3 tablespoon cocoa powder and salt as per taste in a plate as same way. Mix everything very well..
- Add 2 tablespoon oil to this and mix again..
- Add little water by few steps to this..
- Make a dough and cover it again with a wet cloth for 10 minutes..
- Now take 250 gram khoya kheer in a pan and keep stirring..
- Add 1 cup grated coconut to this and stir again..
- Now remove the pan from gas and let be cool this mixture..
- After cooling the mixture, take this mixture, 1/2 cup sugar, 3 tablespoon chopped cashew nuts, 3 tablespoon chopped almonds and 3 tablespoon in a plate..
- Mix everything very well. Ready the stuffing..
- Now open the wet cloth and cut small sized balls from 2 dough..
- Take 1 small sized ball of cocoa powders dough and 1 small sized ball of normal dough on a rolling board..
- Roll the both balls into round shapes by a rolling pin..
- Cut the cocoa powders ball into thin long portions by knife..
- Take a gujiya mold..
- Put thin long portions on gujiya mold then put normal rolled round shaped portions on it..
- Put 2 spoon stuffing in it..
- Put a little water around of it so that the gujiya can not be opened..
- Close the gujiya mold and cut extra parts and remove. 1 layered gujiya is ready for frying..
- Make all gujiya at same process..
- Heat required oil in deep bottomed pan..
- Put the gujiya to this oil and fry both sides on low flame till golden brown colour..
- Now remove them from oil..
- Fry all gujiya at same process..
- Serve Layered Gujiya..
- You can store this layered gujiya for more days at air tight container..
