  4. After carrots softens remove lid and add sugar into it and cook till water evoporates..
  5. When halwa gets dry add ghee in it and roast it for 2 more minutes..
  6. When it's texture is changed to little crispy and golden red add dry fruits and mava in it and saute for few seconds more..
  7. Now switch off the flame and add cardamom powder and place the lid again for a minute..
  8. Carrot halwa is ready to serve.
