- Prepare 1 cup of Curd.
- You need 2 of medium boiled Potatoes, cubed.

Falahari Dahi Aaloo step by step
- Whisk curd well in a bowl.
- Add flour and whisk well. keep it aside.
- Heat ghee in a pan. splutter cumin seeds.
- Add ginger and stir fry for few seconds.
- Add potatoes and mix well. saute for 2-3 minutes.
- Add curd and mix well.
- Add water and mix well.
- Add spice powders and mix well. cook for a minute.
- Add sendha namak and mix well.
- Simmer and cook until curry starts thickening stirring occasionally.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve warm with poori or paratha.
