  2. You need 2 of medium boiled Potatoes, cubed.

Falahari Dahi Aaloo step by step

  1. Whisk curd well in a bowl.
  2. Add flour and whisk well. keep it aside.
  3. Heat ghee in a pan. splutter cumin seeds.
  4. Add ginger and stir fry for few seconds.
  5. Add potatoes and mix well. saute for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Add curd and mix well.
  7. Add water and mix well.
  8. Add spice powders and mix well. cook for a minute.
  9. Add sendha namak and mix well.
  10. Simmer and cook until curry starts thickening stirring occasionally.
  11. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve warm with poori or paratha.
