- Boondi: mix water to the besan and make a lump free smooth batter.add oil and mix well..
- Into the medium heat oil fry the boondi a ladle with hole and not fry it much..
- Into a pan add sugar and water together and boil it for 2-4 minutes. Put the boondis into it mix well.keep the lid off for 2-hours..
- Ready to serve boondis.take a kadai,add ghee,suji,saute it on a medium flame for 4-5minutes., add milk mix well.saute till making soft dough and cool down..
- Suji gulab jamun:.
- In a mixing bowl take dough and add 1- tbsp ghee and knead again.divided dough into equal portions and roll each portion to make round balls..
- Take a kadai,heat oil,deep fry the gulab jamun on medium flame,till gets brown colour..
- In a pan add sugar,water and 1-tbsp cardamom powder, to boil and turn off flame cover pan with lead.syrup is ready..
- Drop the fried gulab jamun into the sugar syrup and cover pan with lead.keep a side for 2-4 hours..
- Suji gulabjamun is ready..
- Rabri:take 1/2- litter milk full cream milk and cook in a pan.milk gets boiled add,cardamom powder and cook for 5-minutes. Constant stirring for 10- minutes..
- Add 3- slice breadcums,cut corners and make breadcums.and stir well..
- Add condensed milk (milkmaid homemade)and mix well.cook for 5-mins with constant stirring..
- Add 1/2-cup pander and cook well.(homemade)mix well and cook for 5-minutes..
- Take a owndish and transfer init.now keep rabri in fridge for 2-hours.now take boondi and gulabjamun and add mix dry fruits,and mix well..
- Top with dry fruits and bake in preheated oven at 180 for 10- minute..
- Garnish with boondiand dry fruits.
