- Prepare for of stuffing:.
- You need 1 cup of gramflour.
- You need 1/4 of ghee.
- You need 2 tbs of Dry coconut.
- Prepare 7-8 of kaju.
- You need 8-9 of rasins.
- You need 3/4 of powderd sugar.
- Prepare 1 and 1/2 cup of maida.
- You need Pinch of salt.
- Prepare 1/3 cup of ghee.

- Maida,ghee and salt mix altogether properly and make a dough with water,rest for 15 minutes.
- Take pan in gas stove in low flame,add gramflour to rost upto they look like lite brown then add ghee little by little and mix properly add dry fruit,it takes almost 5 to 7 minute,off the flame then add powderd sugar mix properly,let it cool down.
- Dough is ready for gujiya,stuffed the mixture into puri size roti and make a design.
- Fry the gujiya at medium hot after add into chashni or as it you can enjoy.
