- You need 6-7 of elaichi.
- It's as needed of Ghee /oil for frying.

- Add elaichi powder and mix all ingredients as well..
- Meanwhile dough is ready knead it a bit..
- Now take a small portion of the dough take some flour and do roll in thin poori..
- Put stuffing and cover from corner and pack it properly you can also use modeling machine or hand to give proper shape..
- Prepare all gujiya like this and deep fry ghee / oil in brown in colour..
- Then take in a serving plate. The gujiya is ready to serve..
