Ingredients of Leftover Roti Pockets
- Prepare 2 of Leftover Roti/Parantha.
- Prepare 1 Tbsp of pizza Sauce/Schezwan Sauce.
- Prepare 3 Tbsp of chopped onion.
- You need 3 Tbsp of chopped capsicum.
- Prepare 1 of Green Chilli (Moti mirch).
- It's 2 of grated cheese cubes.
- Prepare 1.5 Tbsp of oregano (Salted).
- You need 1/2 Tsp of basil herbs.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of salt.
Leftover Roti Pockets step by step
- In a bowl, mix onions, capsicum, green chili and cheese alongwith oregano, salt and basil herb. Stuffing is ready keep aside..
- Now take leftover Roti or a Paratha and spread pizza sauce or Schezwan sauce or any other spicy sauce over it..
- Now fold a Roti into two parts as shown..
- Fill each pocket with the stuffing. Make sure you fill one pocket with less veggies so that the fold can be easy and cooking can be convenient without any veggies coming out of it..
- Now with very less oil, cook the pockets from both the sides very carefully and serve hot..
- Cut from between with knife or pizza cutter..
