- Prepare 500 gm of maida / all purpose flour.
- It's 150 gm of oil or ghee.
- You need 200 gm of khoya /mawa.
- It's 200 gm of grinded sugar.
- It's 2 Tsp of crushed Green cardomam.
- It's 1 cup of chopped dryfruits.
- Prepare 200 gm of ghee for frying.

Sweet crispy Gujhiya instructions
- Seive the maida,rub it with the help of 150 gm oil or ghee..
- Now knead it with the help of water.keep it a side for rest 30 miniutes..
- Now in a Heat pan Roast khoya.roast it light brown..
- Remove it from the flame.let it be cool..
- Add sugar, dryfruits, cardamams.mix it well..
- Now take kneaded flour.make balls From this.roll it out in circle.
- Fill khoya mixture in it.mold it like gujhiya shape..
- In a Heat pan put ghee,let it hot..
- Put gujhiya in it.fry it till golden in the slow medium flame.
- Remove when it gets Brown..
- Keep it for rest.it can be taken hot or cool..
