Boondi gujhiya step by step
- Take a bowl add maida and 2 tbsp oil in it mix it well and properly check it was combining or not..
- Then add water in it to make a proper dough. Not so hard and soft it was moderate dough..
- Then make small maida balls of dough, then spread dry maida and make like poori round circle shape not so thin and fat.
- Then add 1 tsp boondi in it and paste it's corner with water and close it properly and press it with fork. Make all gujhiya like this..
- Take a pan put some oil for fry..
- When the oil heat up in pan then slow the flame and pour the gujhiya in it. In medium flame it cooks properly..
- Then take out from the pan and serve it in plate.
