- You need 1 cup of wheat flour.
- Prepare 1/4 cup of fine rava.

- In a big bowl take wheat flour, rava, salt and 3 tsp of cooking oil, mix well till get crumbly texture..
- Now add little amount of water, start kneading, the dough should not be too thick or too soft..
- Cover and keep aside till the stuffing get ready..
- In a heavy bottomed pan combine coconut, jaggery, salt, raisins,cashew-badam pieces..
- Mix well and cook until the mixture comes to thick..
- Add nutmeg and cardamom powder, mix well, take off flame and allow it to cool..
- Now take wheat flour dough, knead again and make small balls..
- Dust the rolling surface with some wheat flour and roll in circles with rolling pin..
- Add 1-2 tsp of filling, cover it and give the shape like gujiyas..
- Heat oil in a pan, deep fry the gujiyas on low flame till it turns golden brown..
- Remove on kitchen towel and serve..
