Ingredients of Mackerel fish curry

  2. You need 1 Cup of Coconutgrated.

Mackerel fish curry instructions

  1. Clean the fish and cut into medium pieces..

  5. Bring to boil and cook in medium flame.Now add the fish and again cook of 6 -7 mints..
  6. Add the chopped tomato and a pich of fenugreek powder..
  7. Add curry leaves and oil just before switching the stove off..

Clean the Guts of Mackerel Fish and keep aside. Boil the Mackerel Fish with little salt and turmeric. Once the fish is boiled, remove the flesh and bones separate and keep aside. Squeeze out the extra water from the fish. In a separate bowl, add the Onions, Curry Leaves, Green Chilies, Garlic, Salt, Cumin Powder and Turmeric Powder.
