- You need 2 cups of cooked rice.

Hriyala Pulao With Mint Raita instructions
- Wash rice and soak for half an hour, then cook it until becomes soft, then strain it in a big strainer and keep it aside.
- Heat ghee in a pan and add jeera, cloves, cardamoms, peppercorns and cinnamon, let them splutter, then add capsicum, green peas, ginger and green chilli, mix well.
- Cook on low heat until becomes soft, then add chopped coriander.
- Add cooked palak and mix well, then add cooked rice and salt, mix well and roast on low heat for 5 - 7 minutes, pulao is ready.
- In a mixing bowl put curd, then add salt, sugar, kala namak, jeera powder and dried mint powder, mix nicely, raita is ready.
