  2. Prepare 100 gm of nolen gur/date palm jaggery.
  3. It's 3-4 of pistachios sliced lengthwise.
  4. You need 2 Tb of water.
  5. You need 1/4 tsp of Ground green cardamom (optional).

  1. Make hung curd by keeping the yogurt in muslin lined colander for an hour or two.
  2. Melt jaggery using water on Low heat and take off heat and let cool completely.
  3. Place the hung curd obtained in a bowl and add the cardamom powder and jaggery syrup to it.
  4. Whisk well until well combined and no lumps are visible.
  5. Pour the yogurt in a bowl or container where you would prefer to set it before serving.
  6. Garnish with sliced pistachios.
  7. Refrigerate for alteast 2 hours to set the shrikhand.
  8. Serve chilled.
