  19. Put thin long portions on gujiya mold then put normal rolled round shaped portions on it..

  21. Put a little water around of it so that the gujiya can not be opened..
  22. Close the gujiya mold and cut extra parts and remove. 1 layered gujiya is ready for frying..

  24. Heat required oil in deep bottomed pan..
