- Prepare 200 gm of paneer.
- You need 1/2 of Coconut.
- Prepare 5-6 of Green Chilli.
- It's 1 tsp of Black Peppe.
- It's 1 tsp of Garam Masala Powder.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of Coriander Powder.
- Prepare 3/4 tbsp of White Oil.
- It's 1tbsp of Fresh Cream.
- You need 2 tbsp of Cashew Nuts.
- You need 2 tbsp of Melon seeds.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Fenugreek Leaves.
- It's of Salt & Sugar as per your taste.
- Prepare 1 cup of Onion Slice.
- You need 1 tsp of Ginger & Garlic Paste.
Paneer Malabari instructions
- Cut Paneer in cubes..
- Take lukewarm water add pinch of salt in that & deeped the paneer for 3/4 mins..
- Take Cashew Nuts, green chilli, melon seeds& cocoon put in under mixer & prepare a smooth paste..
- Take a kadai, add white oil, wait till the oil became temper, then add sliced onion & pinch of salt..
- Fry onion till it become transparent. Then add ginger & Garlic paste & cook for 2mins..
- Next add coriendar & black pepper powder mix it well..
- Then add the coconut paste mix well, then add salt & Sugar as per your taste cook it for 2mins..
- Then add wateras per requirement & cook it for about 5mins..
- Once the gravy is ready add paneer cubes & cook it for 3/4 mins more..
- Add green chopped chilli & Fenugreek Leaves mix it well..
- Add fresh cream & Garam Masala powder cook it for 1min. Then switch off the gas..
- Serve it ith Roti, Paratha & Naan..
