- Pour milk in thick bottom pan. Add condensed milk, sugar and cardamom powder. Boil till thick creamy mixture is formed like rabri. Cool at room temperature. Chill in refrigerator for few hours..
- At the time of serving..Preheat Airfryer for 3 minutes at 200 C. Cut each bread slices in half (triangular shape). Apply ghee on each cut bread slices on both sides..
- Place the bread slices in the Airfryer. Bake at 180 for 4-5 minutes till crispy golden..
- Remove airfried bread slices. Arrange in serving plate. Cool at room temperature..
- Pour prepared thickened creamy mixture on it. Garnish with chopped almonds & pistachio flakes. Sprinkle saffron strands on it..
