- Prepare 1 cup of urad dal.
- You need 1/2 cup of moong dal.

- Prepare 2 tbsp of water.
- You need handful of raisins.
- It's 1 tsp of cumin seeds.
- Prepare As needed of Water.

- It's 1/2 cup of Meethi (sweet tamarind)chutney of imli.
Dahi Bhalla instructions
- Soak both the dals overnight seperately..
- Next day grind both the dals seperately and if needed add water near about 2 tbsp.
- After grinding mix both the dals and add salt and raisins, and cumin seeds.
- Now whisk the mixture for 8-10 minutes as it becomes sticky to the spoon.
- Now when it whisked properly then add oil in wok and give a shape into small balls with hand to mixture and start frying to medium flame..
- Now after frying add these bhallas in cold water mixed with salt..
- After some time bring out the bhallas from cold water and squeeze out water from bhallas with hands..
- Now bhallas are ready.take a serving plate add bhallas into it..
- Now add curd over it and then add imli chutney and then add spices of your taste like salt, red chilli powder and roasted cumin powder.ready to serve..
