Dahi Bhalla instructions

  1. Soak both the dals overnight seperately..
  2. Next day grind both the dals seperately and if needed add water near about 2 tbsp.
  3. After grinding mix both the dals and add salt and raisins, and cumin seeds.
  4. Now whisk the mixture for 8-10 minutes as it becomes sticky to the spoon.
  5. Now when it whisked properly then add oil in wok and give a shape into small balls with hand to mixture and start frying to medium flame..
  6. Now after frying add these bhallas in cold water mixed with salt..
  7. After some time bring out the bhallas from cold water and squeeze out water from bhallas with hands..
  8. Now bhallas are ready.take a serving plate add bhallas into it..
  9. Now add curd over it and then add imli chutney and then add spices of your taste like salt, red chilli powder and roasted cumin powder.ready to serve..
