  1. Prepare 1 liter of Milk.
  2. You need 200 ml of Condensed milk.

  7. You need 4 cups of Water.

  1. First Lets prepare rabri,Bring the milk to boil. In a large pot add crumbeld khoya and roast till aromatic,then add milk to it..
  2. Mix together add few strands of saffron,stirr continuously until milk thickens and reduces till 3/4th..
  3. Add condensed milk again cook for few more minutes and then switch off the flame..
  4. Add chopped mix nuts and mix well..
  5. Now let prepare syrup, add sugar and water with pinch of saffron colour. Bring to boil and when sugar completely dessolves switch off the flame..
  6. Cut the edeges of bread slices, cut it like triangle.heat ghee in pan and fry bread pieces on both sides till golden..
  7. Now soak fried bread pieces in syrup for 1 minute,then remove..
  8. Pour rabdi over soaked bread and sprinkle some more nuts,let it chill and serve hot..
