- Combine besan onion coriander leaves red chilli salt cumin powder soda ajwain ginger garlic paste add little little water to make a medium batter beat the batter for good 5 minutes.
- Heat oil and fry the besan phulki (small sized pakoda) on medium heat until brown...then drain the phulki and remove in a plate set aside.
- In another bowl beat the dahi adding sugar salt rock salt red chilli cumin powder add 1 glass water and beat again until combined.
