  1. In a Grinding Jar add Soaked Urad Dal,Add Ginger & Green Chilli..Grind It.
  2. Add little water & grind it again,Make a smooth paste.
  3. Take it out in bowl,Add Salt & mix it well,Add little water & mix it well.
  4. Now heat Appe Pan in low flame,Grease the mould with oil.
  5. Pour 1 tsp of batter in each mould,Cook it for 1 minute.
  6. Sprinkle little oil above all the batter in mould,Cover it with lid & cook it for 2 minutes.
  7. Remove the lid,Now change the sides,Let it cook for 2 minutes,Take it out in plate.
  8. Soak Vadas in Lukewarm water for 3 to 4 minutes.
  9. Remove excess water by pressing vadas lightly & keep it in serving plate.
  10. Now add Curd over it,Sprinkle Black Salt, Deggi Mirch & Roasted Cumin Powder.
  11. Now add Green Chutney over it,Add Sweet Tamarind Chutney over it.
  12. Garnish it with Coriander Leaves,CHATPATEY DAHI BHALLE is READY,Serve & Taste.
