- It's 1/2 cup of black gram skinned (dhuli urad dal).
- You need 1 inch of ginger (adrak).

- It's 1 cup of fresh beaten curd (dahi).

- In a Grinding Jar add Soaked Urad Dal,Add Ginger & Green Chilli..Grind It.
- Add little water & grind it again,Make a smooth paste.
- Take it out in bowl,Add Salt & mix it well,Add little water & mix it well.
- Now heat Appe Pan in low flame,Grease the mould with oil.
- Pour 1 tsp of batter in each mould,Cook it for 1 minute.
- Sprinkle little oil above all the batter in mould,Cover it with lid & cook it for 2 minutes.
- Remove the lid,Now change the sides,Let it cook for 2 minutes,Take it out in plate.
- Soak Vadas in Lukewarm water for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Remove excess water by pressing vadas lightly & keep it in serving plate.
- Now add Curd over it,Sprinkle Black Salt, Deggi Mirch & Roasted Cumin Powder.
- Now add Green Chutney over it,Add Sweet Tamarind Chutney over it.
