- Prepare 1 cup of urad dal.
- Prepare 1/4 cup of moong dhuli dal.
- Prepare of Cashew nuts 1 TSP finely chopped.
- Prepare 1 inch of Ginger.
- You need 1 tsp of Kishmish.
- You need of Haradhania 1 tsp +1 tsp.
- You need 1-2 pinches of Heeng.
- You need of Mustard oil for frying.
- It's 1/2 tsp of Ginger powder.
- You need 1/2 tsp of Red chilli powder.
- You need of For topping the Bhalla with curd.
- It's of Curd 1 LTRRoasted Jeera powder 1 TSPRed chilli powder 1 tsp.

- Prepare of Green chutney.
- Prepare of Amchoor or imli ki meethi chutney.

Dahi bhalla chaat step by step
- For making Vadas.
- Soak Both dals for 5-6 hours and grind them in the mixy to make A fine paste..
- Beat this paste thoroughly after taking out of the blender.. heeng should be soaked in water,,you should beat this paste by adding this hing water slowly slowly...
- Now add All the MASALA and nuts in to it.
- Now take a big vessel and add lukewarm water and salt to it,, keep it aside.
- Now in a wok heat oil thoroughly..then turn off the flame,,let it cool A little bit..now make A shape of the Vada of the dal paste..put these Vada in the hot oil and fry them till golden brown.
- Take them out and put them in the salt water.
- How to serve.
- Take beaten thick curd,,add sugar and salt to it.. make a special masala by adding bhuna jeera,,, black salt,,red chilli powder, pudina powder,, amchoor powder,,mix All these.
- Now take out the Vadas in A plate,,put beaten curd over it,, sprinkle the ready masala upon them..
- Garnish with meethi chutney and Hari chutney,, and coriander leaves..
- DAHI Bhalla r ready to serve.
