- Prepare 1 bowl of Curd.
- It's of some papdi.
- Prepare as needed of imli chautney or tomato sauce.

- First of all take urad daal and wash with water then stir it for 4or 5 hours if posible leave it for hole night..
- Aftre that drain all the water and make thik paste of daal with blender add salt, baking powder, red chlli powder,jeera,asfotida and mix it well..
- Take a wod and heat oil for fry make small size ball with spoon and fry it until it becomes ligtly brown put the bhallas in boweild water for 5or 10minutes sueeze it..
- Put bhallas in bowl and add some chopped potato, mash curd with some sugar,imli sauce,salt,red chilli,jeera powder,papdi then serve it....
