- You need 2 of Ripe Bananas.
- Prepare ½ cup of Peanut butter(can use crunchy one too).
- It's 1/3 cup of Honey.
- You need 2/3 cup of Yogurt.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of Powdered Flax seeds.
- You need 1 tbsp of Cinnamon powder.
- You need 1/2 tsp of Baking soda (optional).
- You need 3/4 cup of Rolled Oats.
- You need 3/4 cup of Whole wheat flour.
- Prepare 1/4 cup of Chopped walnuts.
- It's ¼ to ½ cup of Chocochips (prefer dark chocolate).

- Take the ripe Bananas and mash them with a fork.
- Add the peanut butter,honey and the yogurt.
- Add the cinnamon powder, grounded flax seeds.
- Fold in everything.We not really need to whisk the batter for Muffins..
- Add the oats and the whole wheat flour.
- Add the chocochips and the walnuts too.
- Fold everything together..
- Fill the batter in greased muffin cups.You can use silicon moulds too.Fill the tins till ¾ full since they will rise while baking.
- Preheat the oven to 180⁰ C and Bake the Muffins for 15 mins.let stand the Muffins in the oven for 5 mins.
