- It's 60 gms of Whole Wheat Flour.
- It's 60 gms of Rolled or regular Oats.
- Prepare 60 gms of Jaggery Powder.
- Prepare 60 gms of butter.

- Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl with hand. For jaggery powder i used the pathajali one available in DMART stores.
- Chop butter in small pieces and added to the dry mixture. I used president butter which comes with a gms scale that makes life easy..
- Keep mixing it with hand (the warmness in hand melts the butter) until it forms a firm dough..
- Roll it over a plan surface and cut into desired shape. I usually make it as thick rectangular bar which keeps the infants easy to grip and wouldn't break easily. This time i made it in small circles.
- Arrange it on a butter paper and bake it in a preheated oven for 10min at 150 degree's Celsius. Mind the temperature as every oven has it's own Characteritics. I use a Bajaj Majestic oven..
- Ones done allow it totally cool which usually take 30-45 min and seal it in a air tight container to not loose the crispness of the biscuits..
