- To prepare Rabri : take 1 litre of milk in a pan and boil it till it is reduced to 1/3 of it's volume. Now add the left over sugar syrup from above step and 2 slice of bread in it. Blend it and check for sweetness. More sugar can be added according to taste..
- Pour Rabri over bread and chill them in refrigerator. Garnish them with dry fruits of your choice before serving..
