  1. For katoris Take a bowl add maida (all purpose flour) oil, baking powder, ajwain (carom seeds) and salt and mix properly. Add milk and knead the dough..
  2. Grease the katori mould with oil. Roll the dough into a circle big enough to cover the outer side of the katori mould..
  3. Preheat the oven at 180°c..
  4. Cover all the katori moulds..
  5. Bake them in the oven for about 10-20 minutes or until the outer covering is brown. Allow them to sit on the counter for a while. Once cooled remove from the moulds. And baked katoris are ready for filling..
