Ingredients of Peanut Laddu

  1. You need 1/2 kg of peanut.
  2. You need 3/4 kg of jaggery powder.
  3. Prepare 1 tsp of cardamom powder.
  4. It's 1/2 kg of white til(sesame seeds).
  5. It's 3-4 tsp of ghee.

Peanut Laddu instructions

  1. Take a pan roast peanuts on low flame. Till they become brown. Let it cool. Rub it with towel to remove it's outer covering. In a mixer Grind it. Keep aside..
  2. In the same pan roast til on very low flame till til splutter. Turn off the flame. Let it cool..
  3. Take a large plate, add grinded peanuts, til,cardamom powder,ghee and jaggery.Mix it well..
  4. In a mixer jar grind this mixture. For few seconds..
  5. Note-Quantity of jaggery may be use more or less..
  6. Transfer it in a pot. Grease your hands, put some mixture and press it. Make laddu..
