  1. Prepare 1 and 1/2 cup of moong dal.
  2. Prepare 2 cups of maida.
  3. Prepare 1 cup of matar.

  1. Boil the moong dal in a heavy bottom pan for 10 mins..
  2. In a blender, Blend this to a fine paste..
  3. Now, take a bowl. Add maida, salt and mix this. Now add Kalonji seeds. Finally, add the dal paste and mix well to form a dough..
  4. Cut the onion,chilli into small slices. chop the Coriander leaves..
  5. Drain the excess water from the chana matar mix. Put this in a bowl..
  6. Now make small balls and roll this to parathas..
  7. Put the chat masala, red chilli powder, salt, chilli flakes and mix well..
  8. Heat oil/ghee in a pan and heat the parathas..
  9. Serve with chutney or dal..
