- Prepare 1 and 1/2 cup of moong dal.
- Prepare 2 cups of maida.
- Prepare 1 cup of matar.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Kalonji.

- Boil the moong dal in a heavy bottom pan for 10 mins..
- In a blender, Blend this to a fine paste..
- Now, take a bowl. Add maida, salt and mix this. Now add Kalonji seeds. Finally, add the dal paste and mix well to form a dough..
- Cut the onion,chilli into small slices. chop the Coriander leaves..
- Drain the excess water from the chana matar mix. Put this in a bowl..
- Now make small balls and roll this to parathas..
- Put the chat masala, red chilli powder, salt, chilli flakes and mix well..
- Heat oil/ghee in a pan and heat the parathas..
- Serve with chutney or dal..
