Ingredients of Zero Oil Suji ka Halwa
- It's 100 gm of Suji.
- It's 100 gm of Sugar.
- It's 10 pc. of each chopped Kaju,Pista,Badam, Akhrot or any of your choice.
- You need 3 of green Cardamon powder.
Zero Oil Suji ka Halwa step by step
- Take heavy bottom pan keep it on bhi.sim flame and roast Sooji. Stir it continuosly..
- On another side keep another pan on High flame with 3-1/2 cup of water by which we had measured sooji and sugar..
- When water starts boiling put 3 green Cardamon powder in it for Flavour..
- Now on other side our Sooji has got light brown texture..
- Regular stirring. We don't need dark colour..
- Now add chopped fry fruits & little - little amount of roasted Sooji by regular stirring..
- Bhi. soon water will be evaporate and Our bhi.healthy, Delicious ZERO OIL Sooji halwa is ready..
