  1. Soak one cup udad daal for 3-4 hours. Make a smooth paste and allow it to rest for 10 mins..
  2. Chopp onion, green chilli, coriander..
  3. Add these ingredients into batter mix well. Add salt, 1/4 teaspoon hing, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper and mix well..
  4. Preheat the oven at 180°c for 10-15 mins. By the time grease the tins..
  5. Add 1/2 teaspoon soda into batter mix well and pour the batter into tins..
  6. Bake the tins in preheated oven at 180°c for 30 mins or untill crispy. Time can be vary according to the brand of oven..
