- Soak the moong dal for 1 hour and then drain the water. Now heat the pan and add oil, hing, ginger garlic paste, chilli paste, dal, salt and cook the dal for few minutes and when it becomes crunchy then it means it is half cooked. Then add the regular masala, salt and mix it all and turn of the flame. Then add Coriander, peanuts, coconut sugar and lemon juice, mix it well and keep it aside. Now make the dough and keep it aside for 10 minutes..
- Stuff the moong dal mixture in the dough of the paratha and make it like a kachori and again roll it out, then transfer it on a tava and shallow fry it with ghee and cook both the sides and make it crispy and in golden brown colour. Now it is ready to serve so transfer it to a plate. Serve it with curd or green chilli chutney..
