- You need 100 gm of Khoya (mawa).
- You need 15 of almond chopped.
- It's 10-12 of pistachios chopped.
- It's 2 tbsp of raisin.
- It's 15-20 of cashew chopped.

- Heat the ghee in a kadai add ghee after that add green cardoman crush then add grated carrot.
- Mix it well cook for 15 min in medium flame in between stir in 2-2 min.
- Then add milk cook till halwa soaked the milk.
- Then add jaggery then mix it well jaggery melt in halwa.
- Then add khoya (mawa) mix it stir it with ladder for 4-5.
- After that take a another pan add 1 tbsp ghee then add chopped dryfruits stir it for 1 min in low flame then add 3/4 of it roasted dry fruits in halwa mix it well.
- Remaining 1/4 is for garnish.
- Then remove in a plate / bowl garnish with remaining roasted dryfruits.
- Serve and enjoy healthy gajar ka halwa.
- You can increase or decrease the jaggery as per your taste.
