Ingredients of Pinni Laddu

  1. It's 1/2 kg of Besan.
  2. You need 2.50 grams of Wheat flout.
  3. It's 1 cup of Semolina, sooji.
  4. It's 1 cup of Gond, Tragacanth gum.
  5. You need 1/2 cup of kamarkas, (dhak), (chinchra).
  6. It's As needed of Almond, cashews, walnut, Raisins.
  7. It's 2-3 cup of Makhana.
  8. It's As needed of Muskmelon seeds, Grated coconut.
  9. It's 1/2 kg of Ghee.
  10. Prepare 1 kg of Boora.

Pinni Laddu step by step

  1. Take a heavy bottomed kadai heat 1 cup ghee Roast all the Dryfruits, kamarkas, gond, Grated coconut and cool down it at room temperature then grind well..
  2. In same kadai add ghee roast aata stir continuously till light brown & aromatic Remove in a plate set aside..
  3. Add ghee in a same kadai roast sooji till light brown & aromatic Remove in plate set aside..
  4. Add ghee Roast besan till light brown & aromatic Remove in plate set aside..
  5. Take a big utensil add all the Roasted aata, Besan, Sooji, dryfruits, Coconut, makhana, kamarkas, gond mix well add boora mix well..
  6. Cool down it at little room temperature..
  7. Then make laddu from this mixture..
