Dahi Bhalla step by step
- Take a dal wash and soaked at overnight..
- Then next morning dal wash and grind without water..
- Take a bowl add grinded dal add salt and hing mix and beat for 10 minutes take a rest for 20 minutes..
- After 20 minutes take a wok add oil,then oil r heat take a dal batter make a ball and centre fill raisin,almond and cashew roll on and fry them..
- After frying bhalla pour in chilled water..
- Take a plate add bhalla,dahi,imli sauce,green chutney,black salt,jeera,chilli,nylon sev and fresh pomegranate seeds..
