Ingredients of Dal Wala Paratha
- You need 1 cup of Leftover cooked whole black,gram dal.
- It's 2 cup of Wheat Flour.
- Prepare 1/2 teaspoon of Red chilli powder.
- It's to taste of salt.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of carrom seeds.
- Prepare 1 of chopped green chilli.
- You need 1 tsp of chopped coriander leaves.
- It's as needed of Pure ghee.

- In a bowl,put leftover dal,wheat flour & all the ingredients except pure ghee..
- Knead well to make a smooth dough No need to add water..
- Divide the dough into equal portions and roll it in small balls..
- Using a rolling pin, roll the ball & make a chapati.Heat the tawa & put it on it Cook from one side..
- Pour 1 tsp of pure ghee& spread it around.Flip and cook the pure ghee side..
- Repeat the process and cook the other side by applying few drops of ghee.
- When evenly cooked from both sides,Remove & serve hot with achar and curd..
