  3. You need 2 cup of grated carrot.
  4. It's 2 cup of crumbled bread.

As India's most popular dessert, gulab jamun is a staple in most parts of the country. Gulab jamuns are served for almost every celeberations. Gulab jamuns can be served warm or at room temperature. Gulab Jamun banane ka tarika - is prepared when small balls are made from the kneaded mixture of all-purpose flour, khoya, sugar, egg and these balls are then deep fried until golden brown and then these fried balls are dipped in cardamom flavoured sugar syrup.

Carrot Gulab Jamun with Mango Rabri step by step

  1. Take a vessel add grates carrot and crumbled bread and keep aside.
  2. Take a pan add grated carrot and saute till water evaporates from it. And keep aside to get it cool..
  3. Now add crumbled fresh bread and mix it adding cardamom powder and knead it smoothly and make small balls without having any cracks. Make small balls and keep aside.
  4. For sugar syrup take a pan keep it in highflame add sugar and water in it and boil it adding cardamom powder and rose essence.
  5. Take a kadai add ghee oil and keep it for heating. Place carrot Gulab jamun into and fry it in medium flame till it turns golden brown.
  6. Once it becomes golden brown place it in sugar syrup. And soak for half an hour. In between stir softly so that sugar absorbs all the side.
  7. Now take a serving bowl or plate pour mango rabri and palce gulab jamun in it and garnish with almonds and pistachios. Serve warm or chill !.
