- To make the masala,roast corriander seeds,pepper balls,cinnamon,bay leaf,cumin,clove,kashmiri red chilli in a kadai and graind them a powder.
- In the same kadai..add oil,cut a onion and capsicum cube in shape..and fry them a bit.transfer them to a bowl.
- In the same kadai..add oil,onion-2.after the color change add tomato-3 finely chopped..cook them in a medium flame...turn off the stove,cool the mixture graind them to paste.
- Add oil to the kadai and little bit of butter(if u liked).add the grainded paste..and water needed..cook till the paste thickens...add the home made masalaand cook for 2 mins,add kashmiri red chilli powder and salt(to taste).
- Cook the mixture till the oil get seperated out.now add onion,capsicumand mix them..add water to the amount u need..let the gravy cook for 10 mins..when u find the oil begun to seperate add the paneer cubes and give a nice mix and fresh cream to them...
