Ingredients of Instant Rava Dosa
- Prepare 3small cup of barik/fine rava.
- Prepare 2small cup of rice flour.
- It's 1 cup of maida.
- Prepare 1 cup of curd.
- Prepare 1 tsp of cummin seeds/ jeera.
- It's 1 of onion finely chopped.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of green chillies ginger paste.
- It's 1 tbsp of cashewnuts small pieces.
- Prepare 5-6 of curry leaves finely chopped.
- It's to taste of Salt.
- It's as needed of Water.
- You need as needed of Oil for roasting.
- It's as needed of Coconut chutney to serve with dosa.
Instant Rava Dosa instructions
- In mixing bowl add rawa,rice flour and maida. Add all mentioned ingredients. Mix well..
- Add 3-4 glass of water to make watery thin batter. Keep aside for 1/2 hour..
- Heat non stick dosa tawa. Sprinkle oil and smear all over with tissue paper. Pour a laddleful of prepared rawa dosa batter..by pouring on edges.. towards inwards.. seeing that laddle doesn't touch the spread dosa (batter)..on tawa. Pour oil on edge of dosa. Cook on medium high flame...as lower side turn crispy.. gently scratch from edges and flip over. Cook for few minutes..
