Ingredients of Dahi Vada
- Prepare 1 cup of urad dal.
- Prepare 1 cup of Yoghurt /Dahi.
- It's 1 tsp of red chilli powder.
- Prepare 1 tsp of chaat masala.
- Prepare of Salt as per taste.
- Prepare 2 of Green chillies.
- You need of Cumin powder.
- It's of Oil for frying.
Dahi Vada step by step
- Soak urad dal overnight..
- Grind urad dal and then add green chillies and form a fluffy batter.
- Take the batter in a bowl and stir continously. add little salt.
- Heat oil for deep frying. Fry the vada in batches till crisp and golden..
- When they are still warm, Add the vada in water and let them soak for 20 minutes.
